The fire is out.
The water has stopped.
Here’s what happens next.
One local crew handles the whole stretch after the emergency: boarding up, drying out, cleaning, the insurance paperwork and the rebuild, until your belongings come back home. On call day and night.

All insurance companies
Three kinds of damage.
One crew from start to finish.
Fire and smoke, water, and the repair work that follows either one. For homes and businesses.
01 / Fire & smokeAfter the fire.↗
Board-ups and roof tarps first. Then an inventory of what can be saved, cleaning, deodorizing and the rebuild.
Fire & smoke restoration
02 / WaterWhen water gets in.↗
Stopping the water, extraction, then drying the structure through, down to the wall cavities and hardwood floors. Care for wet belongings.
Water damage restoration
03 / Repair & rebuildPutting it back.↗
Demolition only where something is beyond saving. Then repairs and rebuilding with our crew and local contractors.
How we rebuildFive things happen,
in this order.
Fire and water damage get worse by the hour, and an insurance claim needs a record. So the order matters: protect, write it down, then clean and rebuild.
How we work →- 01
You call.
Tell us where the property is and what happened. The crew is on call 24/7. If there is still an active fire or anyone is in danger, call 911 first.
- 02
We stop it getting worse.
Board-ups over broken windows and doors, a tarp on a damaged roof, incoming water stopped where it can be. Weather and standing water keep doing damage until someone shuts them out.
- 03
We write it down before we clean it up.
Photographs, notes and an inventory of what can be saved and what can’t, in the form your insurance company’s claim needs. You shouldn’t have to keep track of paperwork this week.
- 04
We dry, clean and clear.
Extraction and dehumidifiers for water; cleaning and deodorizing for smoke; debris removed, and demolition only where something is past saving. Furniture and belongings can be packed and stored while the work goes on.
- 05
We put it back together.
Repairs and rebuilding with our crew and local contractors. When the house is ready, your things come back.
The building is half of it.
Where you sleep tonight is the other half.
A fire or a flood puts people out of their homes, not just out of a room. The things customers remember about the crew are often the ones that weren’t in the job description.
More about Mountain View →Your crew was easy to talk to and they are just awesome. Especially you and John going out of your job duties to make sure I didn’t get kicked out of my hotel.

We work with
all insurance companies.
The claim gets our paperwork.
Every step is photographed and written up, and the inventory separates what can be saved from what can’t. That record goes to your insurer, so the claim is built from the work itself rather than from memory.
We’ll talk through the damage and the work involved. What the policy covers is your insurance company’s decision, not ours.
